“having bad thoughts is just a way to make yourself drown in particular sadness you think you are in. I do sometimes have bad thoughts too but ya know after all it’s just thoughts so let it be something better will always be ahead of me. but I always remind myself that other mood rather than happiness is just a waste of emotion. you should eliminate bad thoughts though it doesn’t keep you moving, seriously. “
